Joanna Hall (MSc) created Body Blitz (234 pages) to help you design a diet and fitness program that fits in with your life. Just follow the 5 steps:
- STEP 1 - Use Joanna's Starch Curfew Plan
- STEP 2 - Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day
- STEP 3 - Decrease your fat intake
- STEP 4 - Make time for exercise
- STEP 5 - Be consistent - at least 80% of the time!
Body Blitz includes a 14-day eating plan, over 25 recipes, and many ideas for starch-free, low fat meals and snacks. Her program has been tried and tested on real people with real pressures and their own stories and tips have been included.
