Compex Sport P
The Compex Sport P is an electrostimulation system with software for interactive programming that enables the user to create customised programs for the needs and physical charateristics of each sport.
The software changes the variables that determine the stimulation (frequency of contraction, duration of contraction, the stimulus of width, length of rest etc) and customizes it according to the individual's weight, height and age. A training program is then created for the effective treatment of each muscle in relation to strength, resistance, recovery etc.
