Cosmed Quark C12

Cosmed Quark C12 is a 12-lead Stress and Rest Test ECG for standard and integrated Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Testing, developed in conjunction with a world leader in ECG technology and perfect for stationary and clinical use. All leads are transmitted through a 3 metre direct patient cable to the PCMCIA receiver card slot installed in any PC.

Cosmed Quark C12 provides exceptionally clean ECG recordings without compromising the ECG data diagnostic quality and complies fully with the AHA and AAMI standards.

Only the Cosmed Quark C12 gives the power to fully integrate 12-lead ECG with breath by breath metabolic data and Quark C12 is fully compatible with all Cosmed systems for pulmonary gas exchange. The Cosmed Quark C12 can be used either as a stand alone PC ECG or as an integrated Cardio Pulmonary Exercise Testing System in combination with Cosmed metabolic systems. Software allows the user to select the type of test (ECG, Gas Exchange or both) by simply checking an option within the software.

With the Cosmed Quark C12, ECG set-up is easy. The light but very resistant 3 metre cable is fixed to the subject/patient by means of an elastic belt, improving patient comfort while maintaining reliable and quality data during any intensity of exercise.

Easy set-up
Cosmed Quark C12 consists of a 10 electrode opto-insulated patient cable, connected to a PCMCIA card. When installed into a PC (desktop or laptop) data and signal information from 12-leads are continuously and simultaneously displayed in real time with diagnostic resolution.

Data Management
Tests can be stored and reports can be customized and printed.

PC Software
Cosmed Quark C12 Windows PC software package offers unsurpassed versatility and ease of use. When integrated with Cosmed metabolic systems, it is possible to continuously display real time ECG waveforms in the same screen with gas exchange data. It is possible to export Data in Excel, Lotus or ASCIformat and, in the case of an ergometer being connected to the PC, SW can manage standard or user defined exercise protocols.

The Cosmed Quark C12 is available independently or with an option for Arrhythmia Analysis - automatic detection storage and print out (10 seconds for all the 12 leads) of eventual arrhythmia events.
