Globus Ergotester Jump System

The Globus Ergo Tester Jump System is an essential instrument for the assessment and control of training in order to improve the performance of athletes. With its Jump Test and Jump Training functions, the Ergo Tester Jump System is an essential instrument for any coach and trainer.

The test programmes can evaluate and check the different strength areas of the lower limbs:

• Explosive power (squat / jump)
• Explosive power and elasticity factor (counter movement jump - CMJ)
• Explosive / reactive / elastic power (stiffness test)
• Power resistance (Multi Jump Test)

The Multi Jump Test can be carried out using as a reference parameter either the time or the number of jumps.

The Jump Training programme revolutionises the way to increase jump resistance (explosive power resistance). Thanks to the biofeedback control, each athlete can increase his/her resistance to the jump or push action by directly stimulating the speed fibres of the muscles.

The Chrono function provides for a series of programmes covering almost all professional uses, thanks to the possibility of connection with external devices (photoelectric cells and starters).

The Globus Ergo Tester allows you to manage:

• speed tests with one athlete (Start / Stop)
• speed tests with many athletes (Multi Split)
• the timing of intermediate & final times with one athlete (Split / Lap 1A)
• the timing of  intermediate & final times with more athletes (Split / Lap MA)
• the timing of repeated passages with display of the time sequence (Restart)

The Start, Split, Stop controls can be indifferently activated by photocells, keyboard or starter.

The function named Endurance provides for the assessment of the resistance to speed (shuttle test) and for some metronome type functions for the different paces requested (Conconi test, Bru test, Legee test). It is possible to change the main parameters which characterise each test.

The Globus Ergo Tester Jump System comprises a Contact Mat and Microprocessor for accurate measurement of vertical jump height, number of jumps, flight time and contact time. Options are also available:
