HP Cosmos Short Handrails
The HP Cosmos Mercury series can optionally be equipped with Short Handrails. They offer the best freedom of body motion during training while allowing access for the therapist or physician to the patient.
The Short Handrails make the running machine extremely compact and are even ideal therefore for smaller surgeries, for example the HP Cosmos Mercury Med LT model for cardiology. In this application the control of the running machine usually occurs via interface from the ECG system. In this case a user terminal is not necessary.
Athletes are enthusiastic about the extreme freedom of body motion when training on the HP Cosmos Mercury Treadmill with short handrails, and for motion analysis the short handrails offer a wide field of view.
