The Multifunction Disc is a further development of the Mental Trim Disc.
The modular structure and the 600mm disc size offer excellent application possibilities geared to the requirements of individual types of sports. With the two seesaw boards you can practice on three levels. The Multifunction disc is particularly suitable for the training and therapy of the joints and the knees, as well as the pelvis, back and spine.
