Directions for use:

1. Full details are provided on the Instructional DVD included (approx: 35-mins).
2. Twice a day simply breathe 30 times through your POWERbreathe against an adjustable resistance, making it more difficult to take air in. It takes about 4 minutes.
3. As your breathing and muscle strength improves, simply adjust the resistance as you would with any other form of exercise. Improvement in breathing efficiency can be seen in just in 4 weeks.
