Powerbag has been developed by a sports psychologist and designed to provide a crossover between Olympic lifting, medicine ball work and core stability training.

Powerbag incorporates all the benefits of a power-based lifting program with the flexibility offered through sport specific movement based training and throwing drills.

Powerbag is soft and flexible and therefore a minimum risk of injury when in use.

Powerbag training can be carried out on a variety of surfaces including wooden floors, carpet, running tracks, pitches and courts where the use of resistance training equipment would not usually be appropriate.

Powerbag is an effective training tool for a wide range of training situations, from high-level sport training, home training, exercise classes to injury rehabilitation and personal training.
