Reebok Foam Rollers

They can be used to help improve balance and modify posture to allow for correct alignment while performing an exercise and many instructors have found them invaluable for improving hip mobility and increasing core flexibility. These Reebok Foam Rollers are highly effective for advanced balance exercises as well as pressure massage.

The Reebok Foam Rollers are available in two shapes:

• Half-round for beginners - size: 910mm x 140mm x 75mm
• Full round for the more experienced exerciser - size: 910mm x 140mm x 140mm
