Use the Suunto t6c with the Comfort Belt and Training Manager PC software included to get a detailed analysis of 7 physiological parameters, with accuracy previously available only in sports laboratories.

The Suunto t6c gives you a read-out of your EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption level) so that you can measure and adjust your training loads to ensure that you're safely getting the most from your workout.

You can also easily check your real-time Training Effect for an accurate measure oof how hard your body's working, and then adjust your workout accordingly.

The altimeter will help you monitor your climbing or hill performance so that you know how your body will react when training at altitude.

Pairing your Suunto t6c with the Comfort Belt (through interference-free digital ANT transmission) will monitor your real-time heart rate and calorie consumption, while pairing it with an optional POD will measure your real-time speed, distance, or cadence.
