The Togu Senso Walking Trainer is ergonomically designed to fit easily into the hand, with tactile knobbles and super grip.

A great aid to walking or running, whilst you grip the walking trainer you will activate a flow of energy through your arms and upper body. They are especially effective for cold hands while training outdoors.

The Togu Senso Walking Trainers help develop strong fingers, hands and forearms while the pleasant Senso knobbles activate body awareness and improve blood circulation.

Available in two versions:

• Light - with low pressure air filling only for walking and running
• Plus - a weighted version (250g) to strengthen the hand, arms and shoulder girdle, and to promote higher energy consumption levels
