X-Bag

The X-Bag is a multi-functional padded exercise bag offering versatility to the coach, athlete and exercise enthusiast.

The X-Bag design allows it to be used in place of medicine balls, sandbags, dumbbells and wobble boards and is great for balance and proprioceptin drills.

The X-Bag features:

• Durable PVC waterproof outer
• Easy-to-use velcro straps allow access to a padded, webbed inner nylon inner
• Nylon inner houses 3 zipped compartments for weights
• In-built shoulder straps turn it into a loaded back pack (only available up to & including 15kg)
• Ergonomically designed handles provide a base for rotational and functional training, allowing the bag to be lifted, pulled, pushed, rotated and thrown

The X-Bag is ideal for traditional gym/home use, in the outfield integrated into sport specific training drills as well as rehabilitation programmes.

Clever use of the inbuilt shoulder straps (only available up to & including 15kg) turn the bag into a loaded back pack from which tubing may be attached allowing strength drills to take place in the standing position, in addition to the above:

• Alternate Bicep Curl
• Tricep Press
• Lateral Raise & Alternate Frontal Raise

Ergonomically designed handles allow the bag to be used for partner work and throwing drills, such as:

• Partner Pulls
• Chest Throw
• High Throw
• Low to High Throw

Bags are sold as 'kits' incorporating the necessary weights. Additional 2.5kg weights are available.
