The York Olympic Combo Bench is a fully adjustable decline-incline bench press, and when at 90 degrees upright, a shoulder press.

• Telescopic uprights extend from 83 –123cm (6.2 cm increments) 
• Utilises “Twist n pull” pin system 
• Seat / base pad with fully contoured edge 
• Set at a height of 51cm from floor; allows a firm planting of the feet 
• Designed to be used with a full-length 7ft Olympic bar or an oversized standard 1” bar 
• Internal bar length between sleeves must be 48” (120cm)
