The ActiBreathe Resistance Band with Hand Grips has been designed to be used in the ActiBreathe MuscleMix Workout, but can be used in any resistance workout.

The ActiBreathe Resistance Band features hand grips / tension adjuster grips (one for each end of the resistance band), allowing you to increase the resistance of the band simply by moving the clips closer together.

The ActiBreathe Resistance Band with Hand Grips has been designed to be used in the ActiBreathe MuscleMix Workout, but the addition of the hand grips / tension adjuster grips makes this a very versatile resistance band that can be used in any resistance workout, for any level of resistance.
