The Monark 894E Ergomedic Peak Bike employs new Windows based software with more setting possibilities and a clear presentation graphic, double sensors, faster electronics, and improved mechanics to rise to the challenge of providing the ultimate anaerobic training machine. The Peak Bike also works as a regular weight ergometer.

The increased anaerobic test setting possibilities provide that the test time can vary in a range of 5 to 300 seconds, with 5 second intervals. This enables the standardized Wingate test still can be be performed. The Test Ergometer's software also provides improved analysis features, enabling either individual test or group comparison options. Electronic meter shows pedal revolutions per minute, heart rate using telemetry, time, speed, and distance travelled. Workload can also be set, providing a readings of calories and energy output.

The Monark 894E Ergomedic Peak Bike uses a self-regulating basket weight braking system that allows the athlete to focus energy on optimizing results, not tweaking buttons or handles. This breaking system needs no calibration. When the basket is in the air and the weights are correct, the brake force is set. Improvements in the weight basket mechanics increase the safety of break release action. With this specially designed breaking system, it is possible for the cyclist to release and restore the basket during exercise.

Like all Monark Stationary Bikes, the Monark 894E Ergomedic Peak Bike is made to the highest possible standard of quality, performance, safety, and durability. Seat and handlebar heights can be adjusted to suit the needs of various body types or position preferences. The saddle post has adjustment possibilities in both height and length. This increases the setting opportunities for different cyclist. Most saddles fit the post thanks to the round end of post. Combined SPD and pedals with clips with threads in standard dimension fits the most common pedal systems. A reinforced, powder painted, square tubing frame provides stability. Wheels allow for easy transport.
