Nose Clip

Some people find it much easier to have their nose completely blocked while using a breathing training device such as the POWERbreathe range of Inspiratory Muscle Trainers.

It is entirely a personal preference. All POWERbreathe models come with a nose clip, but they are available to buy separately in case of loss or damage.
